At seniors housingonline, we understand just how time consuming and difficult it can be to find the sort of retirement property you want – with the right combination of location, facilities, and price range. We’ve been there and done that!
Our online retirement housing listing service aims to make searching easier and more convenient for consumers, with photographs and even virtual tours of properties.
We are independent – we do not receive commission from sales of the properties we list, and we are not affiliated with any property developers or retirement village operators. We charge advertisers a fee for listing a property, and our focus is on assisting seniors in their search for retirement housing by providing consumers with a comprehensive free service.
The seniorshousingonline website commenced in November 2003 and was established by Amanda Graham and Catherine Graham. Amanda (pictured below left) is a former lawyer and political adviser with expertise in social welfare policy, while Catherine (below right) has extensive experience in office and systems management. Both have experience in searching for 'over 55' accommodation, and designed the site to assist consumers.
