Armadale Nursing Centre provides high quality residential care, catering for couples or individuals, and high care for residents requiring ongoing nursing care, palliative care and for those suffering from dementia. All of our residents receive quality clinical care and outstanding personalised service.
Our team of qualified nurses and carers have a wealth of experience and aim to provide the highest standard of care at all times. We have an on-site Chef and provide freshly cooked, nutritious and Dietitian-approved meals.

Our Lifestyle Coordinator has developed a program that aims to cater to the wide ranging needs and interests of the individuals within our care. Activities include bus tours and outings as well as in-house activities such as library, movies, craft, games and special events. Encouraging interaction through the recreational program contributes to the nurturing and community feel within our facility.
