Southern Cross apartments Campbell is a new facility offering an enhanced lifestyle for older persons in a relaxed community environment.
We are located in an established residential neighbourhood, adjacent to shops & Bus routes and just minutes from the CBD.
This state-of-the-art facility offers very comfortable accommodation & quality services in 40 low-care apartments.
* All apartments have private ensuites
* Each apartment is provided with fans, heaters, telephone & television points.
* All common areas are fully air conditioned
* Staff are on duty at all times to provide care and assistance to residents
* Access to a range of medical & paramedical services eg visiting Doctors, physiotherapy & podiatry
* Range of in-house activities supported by a Lifestyle Coordinator including exercise programs, barbecues, bus trips & outings, bingo & Happy Hour.
* Regular religious services are held in the Prayer Room
Our ongoing fees are set by the Commonwealth Government at 85% of the Age Pension.
Where a resident has non-pension income in excess of the Government threshold the resident is also required to contribute 25% of that additional income
There aren't any pre-determined, fixed entry contributions. Every prospective resident is considered individually and arrangements determined that reflect his/her own personal circumstances. Those without means are not required to make a contribution. It must be emphasised however that where a resident does pay us a contribution the maximum amount retained by us is limited by Government regulation.
