Residents occupy the independent living units under a formal agreement which ensures security of tenure.
These units are only available on a rental basis, and targeted for people who are financially constrained. Residents are required to pay an affordable fortnightly fee which covers all expenses other than electricity, telephone and personal keep.
Note also that our site at the corner of White & Blamey Crescents is currently being re-developed. On completion it will provide 40 new state-of-the-art supported living apartments. These will accommodate older people who need assistance with their daily living activities.
